We knew we had to do something different, we knew we had to focus on YOU.

So we started designing Power-Pitch Event Freelancing Forum.

It is all about designing an experience tailored to the specific needs of two key groups: #EventFreelancers and #HiringInnovators.

Designing an event for TWO distinct audiences

Our approach is simple yet profound: we split our target audience into two core segments.

  • Event Freelancers — those brilliant individuals who bring events to life with their expertise and creativity.
  • Innovative Hirers — those organizations that want an expert fresh perspective in their events.

But we didn’t stop there. We further divided hirers into four distinct categories:

  1. Associations and Non-Profits: need budget-conscious freelancers who excel in community engagement and member satisfaction.
  2. Event Management Companies: seek specialized freelancers for seamless integration and flawless execution in high-pressure environments.
  3. Marketing and Advertising Agencies: look for creative professionals who can align events with broader marketing strategies and enhance brand experiences.
  4. Tradeshow and Exhibition Organizers: require experts in large-scale logistics and attendee engagement to drive business results.

And the event website was born, segmenting the audience since the very start:
